Wotzon is a new app that promises to ‘revolutionise the Pub, Bar and Hospitality industry’ by giving it a digital boost. Their concept allows users to find establishments in the UK by searching for certain drinks, food, facilities, sport fixtures and events and more.

Working closely with the team at Wotzon, we created them a strong brand that reflected the values of the company and the product they offered. We started by creating them a logo and the tagline - ‘The Search Engine for Pubs’.

To establish Wotzon online, we created them a fully responsive website aimed at 3 different target audiences. This incorporated an online demo of the app that allowed users and potential investors to see how the app would function before release. 

While focussing on the design and content of the front-end website, we also implemented a CMS into the back-end of the site so that the Wotzon team could update areas of the website manually.

To maximise efficiency within the business and keep track of their different clients, Wotzon commissioned us to design and develop them an easy-to-use Customer Relationship Management system, and that’s exactly what we did.

In order to both inform and promote, we designed and printed Wotzon a series of marketing collateral. This included business cards, brochures, leaflets, roller banners, display banners, posters, bi-folding leaflets as well as a constant supply of social media graphics.

With the view of becoming a ‘thought leader’ in the industry, we created Wotzon accounts on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn and posted out industry and company related content daily.

 

In addition, we ran a successful competition and ad campaign on both Facebook and Twitter, and as a result, boosted their online following and app downloads.

Email Marketing

Emails were created on behalf of Wotzon and sent to establishments around the UK urging them to sign up to the app. We ensured the emails were informative yet engaging and adhered to their brand guidelines. The first email we sent for Wotzon received a 28.83% open rate, 25.71% click rate and had 0 unsubscribes.
