We created a completely bespoke system to work alongside Wedding fayres website – the system enables wedding fayre organisers, suppliers and venues to sign up for accounts they can access to add or edit listings. It also meant that information about them and their listings were compiled into an easy-to-use backend, for the purpose of admin.

We designed and developed a responsive website for Wedding Fayre that worked with their bespoke system to allow wedding fayre organisers, suppliers and venues to sign up through the website. It compiled all the information from the system into a simple search facility; this allows future brides and grooms to easily find exactly what they need. The website also includes various pages about the company, the different marketing services they offer and a blog.

Franchise Portal

Our client decided to franchise the company, so we created them a sales portal that can track the individuals’ customers, listings and payments. The system also automatically calculates monthly commissions and lists all previous payments too. Franchisees/Salespeople can add events to the calendar and set tasks, as well as checking whether customer’s accounts are ‘active’ and ‘paid’.

Twitter Management

In order to fuel the company’s growth and increase sign-ups, we recommended Twitter to Wedding Fayre. They didn’t have the time or knowledge to manage this internally, so they assigned us to the job. We posted out relevant content, as well as information from the website to drive traffic. We also created an automatic tweet feature that posts out new wedding fayres when they are added to the bespoke system.

Email Marketing

In order to improve customer service and increase sign-ups, we regularly sent out marketing emails on behalf of Wedding Fayre. Some offered free trials, while others we’re to remind suppliers to keep their profiles updated. We also created an automatic email feature that would notify suppliers when a wedding fayre has been added in their area – this also created a new incentive for wedding fayre organisers to sign up to the website.

We created weekly blogs for Wedding Fayre in a bid to increase traffic to the website and create interesting content for social media. The themes ranged from money saving tip to the best wedding cakes. It was also a great platform for showcasing the suppliers and venues from the website.
