Norgroup's integrated online catalog provides an overview of all of their products whilst a sales section makes it easy to view sales. A customer portal was also created, allowing customers to gain visibility of their ecommerce activity (view/track/manage orders, manage invoices, and opt-in to order alerts).

This enables Norgroup to manage prospects (leads) and customers, meaning the company can view their activity and ecommerce history (such as previous orders, abandoned baskets). Norbake also stores their employee’s personal details on the CRM alongside their billable rate of pay. The CRM follows a structural hierarchy of permissions as per the type of user.

We built a custom app that allows employees to log in and access crucial project data (project issues, project closures, and project timesheets), manage tasks, view and edit their calendar and account settings.

Other Features

Other features we developed and integrated into the system include an asset register, stock management, automated quoting, employee portals, reports, and integrations with Google Maps and Sage 200 cloud. As a result, Norgroup now operates safely in the knowledge that automation has played a pivotal role in saving the company valuable time.
