Air Technical Solutions is a specialist recruitment consultancy, with over 15 years recruitment experience supplying into the Construction, Engineering and Process Industries. They have grown steadily and had outgrown their basic website; the time had come to upgrade to a fully-fledged recruitment system in order to continue providing the same high level of customer service in the same efficient manner. Also, the brand needed adjusting in order to bring it up to date.
During our initial consultation it became very clear that the current online presence and brand needed upgrading was possibly even damaging the reputation of the company. Whilst not wanting to stray too far away from their current brand, the directors agreed to explore a branding exercise. Go Media took them through the whole branding process, developing full brand guidelines for future developments. Subsequent to this, we implemented a database-driven recruitment platform to allow more interaction with potential clients and candidates. The new website allows candidates to search and apply for relevant jobs and upload their CV. All applications are easily manageable through our user friendly Content Management System (CMS).
